I'm going to my sister's house, does anyone have plans for visiting or are you cooking?
Even if you're staying home, and that's fune, what will you be cooking?

Today is Good Friday, although I'm not sure if you're supposed to say Happy Good Friday, I would like to say a very Happy Easter to everyone.

I'll be going over to my Mom's house for Easter. I'm still trying to decide on the menu, but it will probably be ham. Now I need to decide on the
side dishes.

This is the first year in as many as I can remember that I am not the host doing all the cooking. My daughter-in-law invited everyone this year and all I have
to do is bring cranberry meatballs. It will be nice for a change, even though I love to cook, I am looking forward to it.
Wish I were in Vegas!

we'll just go out somewhere this weekend. No family close by so it's not worth cooking just for 2. if it's nice out Steve will probably go
fishing this weekend.

I'll be spending a quiet Easter by myself. After I go to church in the morning, I'll just head back to my apartment. Not sure what I'll be eating,
but I don't like to cook, so it will definately be something easy!

Just the two of us this year, but I'm still fixin a nice ham dinner. They had asparagus on sale at the grocery store today, so we will have that too.
That is as far as I have gotten.

I am cooking this year, first time in years since we usually go away.
Reading keeps the mind busy, so pick up a good book |

Spending the day with my Dad, who is 98, I'm afraid this may be our last Easter together.

I'll be having everyone at our house making 14 for dinner since 1 son-in-law has to work today. We'll be having ham, scallop potatoes, corn, beets
& eggs, rolls, mac & cheese, deviled eggs and ice cream cake for dessert.
To make the most of life ; make the most of today. |

Did not feel much like Easter when we did a Mexican resturant brunch, it was alright.
I think next year it will be my turn to take up the tradition. We do Thanksgiving at Mom's, Christmas at Brothers, I think I need to jump in and take Easter.
