I just started Fern Michaels new series The Scoop and I do believe
this is going to be as good if not better then the sisterhood series.
Might be somewhat lighter reading .....at least that is the impression

Vinegar: Kill weeds dead with a good shot of vinegar. For best results, don't dilute with water and choose a time to spray weeds when there's no sign of rain. MoM had them planted several years back..now they came up..she doesn't know/remember what it is..either..

They look similar like a bird of paradise, but I didn't know they could grow here...

Well, I've been looking at all the lovely home and garden photos as well as the work everyone
else has been doing. I figured this year is clean up and replant time. It's pretty bad when you need
to use a pick-up truck and a fence puller to dis-lodge prickery bushes. After I accomplished this,
I transplanted a few flower plants in between my rose bushes...
So, here's the final result so far:

I don't know if anyone is interested or not, but here are a couple of pictures of my Kwanzee Cherry Tree in bloom this year. I got home yesterday and the blooms were so bright and beautiful. I took the pictures yesterday evening. (If you all remember this is the tree I paid $180 for and Ron almost had a heart attack when I got home with it).
